DelMoral Signs Pro Contract

DelMoral is the second Golden Gopher to go pro this summer, following former teammate Makenzie Langdok
EAGAN - Former Golden Gopher, Ariana DelMoral, has signed her first pro contract with Birkirkara FC in Malta. Birkirkara play in the Maltese Women's League in the first division and are the reigning champions. Their first game of the upcoming season is Aug. 18.
DelMoral competed for the Maroon and Gold from 2017-2021 making 40 appearances and four starts. The Brooklyn Park, Minn., native notched one goal against Utah State in her freshman debut. The midfielder was a member of the 2018 Big Ten Championship and named Academic All-Big Ten in 2019 and 2020.
Following a successful career with the Golden Gophers, DelMoral competed at St. Cloud State as a grad transfer, where she earned NSIC All-Conference Second Team honors after starting all 18 games with the Huskies.
DelMoral is an inaugural member of the Minnesota Aurora, joining the team in 2021. Through two seasons, DelMoral played 21 games with four goals, four assists, and 757 minutes. She played a key role in helping the Aurora to back-to-back Heartland Division Champions and the Central Conference championship in 2023.
