Gopher Soccer Reveals 2024 Schedule

The fourth season of the Chastain era features 20 matches, with 10 at home and road trips to Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, California, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota soccer team announced its complete 2024 schedule for the upcoming season. The fourth season of the Chastain era features 20 matches, with 10 at home and road trips to Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, California, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Minnesota will kick things off in August with an exhibition at Iowa State on August 7th. The Golden Gophers' first home match will be an exhibition on August 10th against South Dakota.
The regular season begins on Thursday, Aug. 15 against Creighton at home, followed by three road matches at St. Thomas (Aug. 25), Milwaukee (Aug. 29), and Marquette (Sept. 1).
Minnesota will return to host Army (Sept. 5) and Brown (Sept. 8) before starting conference play.
The Gophers will begin its Big Ten slate on the road at Illinois (Sept. 12), and will be back at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium to host NDSU the following Sunday in its final non-conference game (Sept. 15).
Other Big Ten road contests include Wisconsin (Sept. 22), USC (Sept. 26), UCLA (Sept. 29), Ohio State (Oct. 10), and Penn State (Oct. 13).
Home conference games at ELR include Michigan (Sept. 19), Northwestern (Oct. 4), Maryland (Oct. 17), Indiana (Oct. 20), and Iowa (Oct. 27).
Gopher Soccer season tickets are scheduled to go on sale on June 4. Single game tickets will go out on sale in mid July.
