Seven Gophers Honored by Phil Steele Publications

Ersery, Kesich named preseason All-Americans
Seven different Gophers were recently recognized by Phil Steele Publications as either members or the Preseason All-American Team or Preseason Big Ten Team in advance of the 2024 season.Â
Wide receiver Daniel Jackson, offensive lineman Aireontae Ersery and kicker Dragan Kesich were named First Team All-Big Ten. Ersery was also honored as a Third Team All-American, while Kesich was placed on the Fourth Team All-American.
Defensive lineman Danny Striggow and defensive back Justin Walley were recognized as Second Team All-Big Ten, while linebacker Cody Lindenberg was named Third Team All-Big Ten and punter Mark Crawford was named Fourth Team All-Big Ten by the publication.Â
