Single-game and season tickets for the 2024-25 Gopher men's basketball team are now on sale through gophersports.com. The University of Minnesota features 19 home games and two exhibitions for the 2024-25 season.

For the first time since 2017-18, Minnesota will open the season with two exhibition games, the first on Oct. 19 vs. Bemidji State. For the third straight year, the Golden Gophers will host a MIAC team for an exhibition game when the Hamline University Pipers visit Williams Arena on Oct. 29. The Gophers officially open the season on Nov. 6 vs. Oral Roberts.

Minnesota welcomes three teams within a six-day stretch, all of which competed in postseason play last season. North Texas comes to Minnesota on Nov. 13, followed by Yale on Nov. 16 and Cleveland State on Nov. 19. The Mean Green competed in the NIT, while Yale competed in its fourth NCAA Tournament in the past eight years and advanced to the Second Round. Cleveland State also advanced to the Third Round of the CBI.

Minnesota will host Bethune-Cookman on Dec. 1 for the second straight year. Two Big Ten games are scheduled for the beginning of December. Information will follow at a later date.

Minnesota opens the Big Ten season against Michigan State on Dec. 4. The Gophers conclude the nonconference schedule for the rest of December. On Dec. 21, it will host Fairleigh Dickinson (FDU) and close out the nonconference portion on Dec. 29, when it hosts Morgan State.

Minnesota resumes Big Ten action by hosting back-to-back games on January 2 and January 6, when the Purdue Boilermakers and the Ohio State Buckeyes come to town. Michigan visits Williams Arena on January 16 and hosts Oregon on January 25.

The Gophers open the month of February with a Saturday, February 1, home game against Washington, followed by an Illinois match up on February 8. Minnesota also has two straight home games against Penn State on February 22 and Northwestern on February 25. The Gophers close out the home season against border rival Wisconsin on March 5.

Minnesota returns five letterwinners from last year's program, including the top returning Big Ten scorer, Dawson Garcia. Last season at the 'U', Garcia averaged 17.6 points, while Mike Mitchell Jr. ranked third on the team in points (10.2 per game) and first in three-pointers (71). Sixth-man Parker Fox also returns after seeing action in every game last season. The Gophers also welcome 11 newcomers to the team.
