Sport Psychology - Individual Sessions
Individual Sport Psychology Sessions provide an opportunity to talk with a sport psychologist about mental skills for sport performance, general life and/or your mental health and well-being. Sessions are 45 minutes, but can be shorter if needed. Everything discussed during a session is confidential, and will not be revealed or shared with coaches, teammates, academic counselors, professors or parents, unless you grant permission. In cases where your or other's safety is at risk, information may need to be shared with others for your/other's protection. Sport psychology coordinates care with athletic medicine, including with your athletic trainer and sport medicine physician, but confidentiality remains paramount. To sign up for a first-time sport psychology session, please click HERE.
