PROGRAM PRIORITIES
1. PERFORMANCE
Enhance the qualities relevant to athletic performance- speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, and conditioning
Work in conjunction with Sports Nutrition to assist athletes in using sound basic nutritional practices to properly fuel to learn, train, compete, recover and maintain optimal body composition
2. INJURY REDUCTION
Reduce the risk of injury, and increase the speed recovery time, by preparing the body for the demands of sport
Assist recovery and regeneration through active and passive techniques
3. RESILIENCE
Championship performances demand championship behaviors- develop the qualities of focus, discipline, accountability, mindfulness, and competitiveness
4. CONFIDENCE
Develop confidence through consistent hard work and perseverance through the mentally and physically challenging training required in preparation for competition
