STAFF M.A.G.I.C.

Staff M.A.G.I.C Initiative:

The Office of Student-Athlete Development is happy to introduce a new volunteering initiative for staff and coaches through the Maroon and Gold Impacting the Community program (M.A.G.I.C) called Staff M.A.G.I.C. 

Our mission is to provide every staff member an opportunity to impact the Gopher community through service in a safe, convenient, and a compliance environment. 

Staff M.A.G.I.C is designed to use service to bring staff together as an athletics department.
  • Continue to foster great connections with student-athletes while doing goodwill for our community.
  • Reinforce the tremendous value of community service.
  • The program will help brand Gopher Athletics as a department committed to service.
  • Provide staff and coaches a variety of fun and fulfilling experiences to work together and impact the lives of those around us.
The first opportunity to participate in Staff M.A.G.I.C. will be a series of events to kick off the initiative – a four-day celebration of service we are calling M.A.G.I.C. Week.  For this initiative to succeed, however, we need everyone’s support.
