Individual Team Development
Leadership U works closely with individual Gopher sports teams, student-athlete organizations, as well as units within the athletics department. During these individual sessions topics relating to team culture, the DISC and EQi assessments, motivation, empathy, and other customized topics to help groups perform their best. Some groups Leadership U has worked with include:
- Executive Committee Board Members of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
- Unit Directors within Gopher Athletics
- Senior Administration
- Gopher sports teams
