University of Minnesota Athletics
Facilities
The Go.P.H.R. Institute is based at the University of Minnesota’s Athlete’s Village, with its primary operations at Ridder Arena, a key hub for Gopher Athletics. As an institute, our work spans multiple University laboratories, bringing together interdisciplinary expertise and capabilities. These include the Minnesota Rehabilitation Biomechanics Lab (MRBL), Orthopaedic Biomechanics Laboratory (OBL), and the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR). These state-of-the-art facilities allow us to study athlete movement, conduct testing, and leverage imaging technologies to advance athlete health, performance, and recovery through cutting-edge research.
