Brady Gagnon is the Director of Football Equipment Operations for the University of Minnesota Football Team. Gagnon, who is in his second stint at Minnesota, oversees the complete daily operations of the program's equipment needs.
Gagnon was previously an equipment manager intern at Minnesota from 2016-18 and then spent the 2018 season at Florida International University as an equipment athletic facilities manager. He returned to Minnesota in January 2019 and then was named to his current role in April 2019.
While at FIU, Gagnon was the director of football equipment operations with oversight of the day-to-day operations of the football equipment room. One of his most impressive accomplishments was organizing the entire stock of equipment for an international bowl game in the Bahamas.
In his previous time at Minnesota, Gagnon worked with the football team and also assisted nine different programs, as he gained valuable experience.
Gagnon received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2015. While attending school, he worked in the equipment room and assisted 12 varsity teams. Gagnon also spent a summer working with the Minnesota Vikings during training camp held in Mankato.
