Jordan Domenick joined the University of Minnesota football staff as an Assistant Director of Nutrition in the summer of 2019. He is responsible for the sports nutrition operations of the entire football program.

Previously, Domenick was an Assistant Director of Sports Nutrition at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette from July 2018 until the summer of 2019. He ran sports nutrition operations for baseball, soccer, softball, track, women’s basketball, and volleyball. Some of his main responsibilities were assisting in coordination and recruitment of vendors for the UL catered snack program, assisting in development of UL training table menus and he provided individual nutrition counseling and team nutrition education to enhance health and performance.

Domenick also worked as a sports nutrition fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

From March 2008 through January 2012, Domenick proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
