HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Byron High School in Byron Minn. • wore 79 for the Bears and was coached by Ben Halder • as a senior, made 44 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, six sacks and forced three fumbles • named First-Team All-State by the Minnesota Football Coaches Association and the Minnesota Vikings • also competed in track and field and basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Brad and Elise Hansen • has three brothers (Keaton, Camden and Quinn) and one sister (Kate) • father, Brad, was an All-American basketball player at Northern State.
