2014 • SENIOR SEASON: Played in 13 games and started three • caught 18 passes for 292 yards and one touchdown • named team's Wide Receiver of the Year. Game-by-Game: Played against Eastern Illinois, but did not record any statistics • caught one pass for five yards against Middle Tennessee • competed at TCU and against San Jose State • made two catches for 16 yards at Michigan and hauled in three passes for 46 yards against Northwestern • caught one pass for 45 yards against Purdue • tied his career high with three catches at Illinois and set a career high with 105 receiving yards • scored one touchdown at Illinois and became the first Gopher receiver to reach 100 yards in a game since Derrick Engel in the 2012 Texas Bowl • caught one pass for 24 yards against Iowa • pulled in three passed for 28 yards against Ohio State • competed at Nebraska and caught one pass for nine yards at Wisconsin • made three catches for 14 yards against Missouri.

2012 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Competed in 12 games and started nine • made 19 catches for 256 yards and two touchdowns • named Minnesota's Wide Receiver of the Year. Game-by-Game: Made his Minnesota debut at UNLV and recorded one catch • had two receptions for a team-high 53 yards vs. New Hampshire • also recorded his first career touchdown catch, a 27-yard pass from MarQueis Gray, against New Hampshire • made three catches for 39 yards vs. Western Michigan • caught the longest pass of his career, 34 yards, vs. Syracuse • had two receptions, including a 9-yard touchdown at Iowa • made two catches for 27 yards vs. Northwestern • missed game at Wisconsin with an injury • had two catches vs. Purdue • recorded 19 receiving yards on two catches vs. Michigan • registered three catches for 40 yards at Illinois • made one catch at Nebraska • saw action vs. Michigan State and Texas Tech, but did not record any statistics.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Transferred from Rochester (Minn.) Community and Technical College • named second-team All-Minnesota Junior and Community College Conference as a wide receiver after his freshman season with the Yellowjackets in 2010 • recorded 30 receptions for 805 yards and nine touchdowns • tallied 15 tackles on special teams.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Caledonia High School • played his prep football for his father Carl • named to the Pioneer Press All-State team following his senior season • two-time Associated Press Honorable Mention all-state selection • three-time All-3 Rivers conference selection • helped lead his team to two state championships (2007, 2008), three section championships and two 3 Rivers Conference titles • also a standout track and field athlete, earning four straight berths at the state championships.
