Madison Roberge

Madison Roberge joined the University of Minnesota football program in March 2024 as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
Roberge came to the Gophers after spending one season at Akron where she was a recruiting graduate assistant. At Akron, she planned all aspects of official and unofficial visits and worked directly with the coaching staff. She helped book travel, lodging and meals for on-campus visits and communicated with the compliance office while managing documentation for on-campus activities. Roberge helped identify top recruits and develop personalized plans in tandem with recruiting analysts and position coaches, while creating and overseeing recruiting communication plans, including graphics, mailers and messages/phone calls
Prior to Akron, Roberge was a recruiting assistant and social media coordinator at her alma mater New Hampshire. She managed the the program’s social media pages, capturing, editing and posting photography and video content. Roberge also collaborated with the social media and recruiting teams to develop, maintain and refresh social media strategy. She also assisted with all official and unofficial visits through logistical organization, campus tours and capturing content.
Roberge graduated from New Hampshire in 2023 with a degree in human development and family studies, concentration in child development
