HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Carver High School in Montgomery, Alabama for his senior year • wore No. 1 for the Wolverines and was coached by Bobby Carr • as a senior, rushed 140 times for 677 yards and 12 touchdowns and added eight receptions for 55 yards and one touchdown • also attended Lanier High School in Montgomery, Alabama.
PERSONAL: Son of Lashes Gilmer • has three siblings (Devontae, Vonesha and Darryl) • has one child (Kaylee).
