High School: A 2013 graduate of Madison West High School • competed in the Wisconsin Division 1 state meet in the 800m and 4x800m relay, finishing 11th in the 800m at the 2013 meet • a Big Eight Conference champion in both the 800m and 4x800m, and school record-holder in the 4x800m • also a state meet competitor in swimming • National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society member.

Personal: Born March 26, 1995 • psychology major pursuing a graduate degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences • daughter of Steve and Leigh Barczi • has two siblings, Natalie and Stephen • father ran track at the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana from 1982-1983 • enjoys backpacking, camping, traveling and photography.
