2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • finished 73rd at the St. Olaf Invitational in a time of 25.20.8 • came in 220th (25:44.7) in the women’s gold 6k race at the Roy Griak Invitational • closed out her season at the Blugold Invitational with an 80th place finish, crossing the finish line in a personal best time of 25:15.2.

High School: A 2020 graduate of ROCORI High School where she competed for coaches Jim Meyer, Brad Bauer, and Lisa Swan-Anderson • three-sport letterwinner who earned five letters in track & field, four in cross country, and four in dance • earned six top-11 finishes at the Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championships • finished as state runner-up in the 4x800m relay and place fourth in the 4x400m relay at the state meet as a freshman • placed fourth in the 4x800m relay and sixth in the 4x400m relay at the state meet as a sophomore • finished ninth in the 800m and 11th in the 4x400m relay at the state meet as a junior • four-time all-conference honoree on the track • part of back-to-back True Team championship teams as a freshman and sophomore before team finished as True Team runner-up as a junior • set ROCORI’s school record in the 4x800m relay in 2017 • part of Section 8AA championship cross country team as a junior • owns high school personal bests of 2:14 for 800m, 59.73 for 400m, 5:20 for 1600m, and 19:36 for cross country 5K.
Personal: Daughter of Mark and Brenda Kremer • has two siblings, Faith and Addison • intends to major in Kinesiology • high school teammates with Gopher alumna Erin Huls • enjoys being outside.
