2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran six races • placed eighth in the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championship • ran a career-best 2:12.77 in the 800m at the ISU Classic • ran a career-best 4:54.85 in the mile at the Power Five Invite.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten • letterwinner • ran six races • ran a career-best 4:31.06 in the 1,500m at the Drake Relays • ran a career-best 10:22.44 in the 3,000m steeplechase to place eighth at the Big Ten Championship and improve on her ninth-place time among all-time Gophers • debuted at ninth on Minnesota's all-time list in the 3,000m steeplechase with a third-place time of 10:28.87 at the Duke Invite • placed 35th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelim.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • made two appearances in the 1,500m, running a season-best 4:44.42 at the Tommie Twilight.

2017 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed unattached at five meets, including winning the 800m in a career-best 2:15.72 at the UST Showcase.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Rochester Mayo High School where she competed for coach Brett Carroll • 15-time high school athletics letterwinner, earning six track & field letters, five Nordic skiing letters, three soccer letters, and one cross country letter • four-time all-city and three-time All-Big Nine Conference track & field honoree • two-time Minnesota Class AA State Championship qualifier in the 800m, placing 18th as a sophomore (2:20) and 20th as a junior (2:21) • 2014 Big-Nine Conference champion in the 800m as a sophomore • holds Rochester Mayo school record in the 800m • earned all-conference honorable mention in cross country in 2011 • owns high school personal bests of 2:17.2 for 800m and 5:18 for 1,600m on the track.
