Game-by-Game: Started against South Dakota State and broke up two passes • tallied four tackles in a start against Fresno State • started against Georgia Southern • broke up two passes and made one tackle against Purdue • broke up two passes and made two tackles against Illinois • recorded three tackles against Nebraska • notched two tackles including 0.5 for loss against Rutgers • intercepted a pass and returned it 72 yards to the house against Maryland for first career pick-six • tallied eight tackles including 0.5 for loss and broke up one pass against Penn State • broke up one pass and made two tackles at Iowa • notched two tackles at Northwestern • recorded two tackles against Wisconsin • tallied six tackles and broke up one pass against Auburn in the Outback Bowl.

Game-by-Game: Tallied four tackles against New Mexico State • registered five tackles including one for a loss against Fresno State • made one tackle against Miami  • saw action against Maryland •  notched one tackle against Iowa • broke up three passes and recorded one tackle against Ohio State • tallied two tackles against Nebraska • made a stop behind the line for a loss of ten yards to go along with a six tackle day against Indiana • recorded first interception and five tackles at Illinois • assisted on first career sack and made two tackles against Purdue • registered six tackles including two for a loss and broke up one pass against Northwestern • intercepted one pass and returned it 25 yards and added three tackles against Wisconsin • broke up one pass in Quick Lane Bowl victory over Georgia Tech. 

2017: Missed the majority of the season coming off an ACL injury in the final game of the 2016 season • saw action against Maryland and Purdue.

2016 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in seven games and started one • recorded six tackles and one pass breakup. Game-by-Game: Made collegiate debut against Indiana State  saw action at Illinois and against Purdue • made first collegiate tackle at Nebraska and competed against Northwestern • recorded one tackle at Wisconsin • made his first career start against Washington State and recorded four tackles and one pass breakup. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Dutchtown High School in Geismar, La. • four-year letterwinner helped lead the Griffins to a 8-4 record as a senior • recorded 55 tackles and five tackles-for-loss • recovered a fumble and returned it for a touchdown • named First Team All-State by the Louisiana Football Coaches Association • tabbed an Louisiana All-State honorable mention and was District 5-5A Defensive MVP • earned First Team District 5-5A honors as a junior • coached by Benny Saia • also lettered in football and track • ranked as a consensus three star recruit by ESPN, Rivals, Scout and 247Sports • Scout ranked him as the No. 9 cornerback in Louisiana • 247Sports listed him as the No. 56 recruit in Louisiana while Rivals had him at No. 44 and ESPN at No. 57 • ESPN ranked him as the No. 89 cornerback in his class.

PERSONAL: Son of Jerry Banks and Karlyn Durr • has four sisters (Jeralyn, LaKendra, Shyniqua, and Jerah).
