An all-around gymnast from the state of Texas, Teryn Crump competed for Capital Gymnastics for coaches Zach Crumpton and Ira Vernya • here, she won the level 10 uneven bars and floor state championships in 2023 and the level 10 uneven bars and all-around regional in 2022 • she also earned the uneven bars state title in 2022 • Crump was named her club's 'Gymnast of the Year' and earned the 'Most Consistent' award in 2022.

The daughter of Tacoya and and Terence, Teryn also has two younger brothers, Tyler and Treysen • undecided on her major.
WHY MINNESOTA
"I chose Minnesota because when I went on my official visit it immediately felt like a place where I wanted to be a part of. The team and the coaches were the sweetest people and everyone made me feel like I belonged. It was just the best environment in the most indescribable way and being a part of a team like that seemed like a dream come true. My goal is to be a good contributor to the team and to become a better gymnast every day."
