Jermaine Brown

Jermaine Brown is entering into his third season with the Gopher women's basketball program and serves as the team's video coordinator. Before coming to Minnesota, Brown served as the director of basketball operations/video coordinator at UNC Asheville.
Brown spent four seasons as the director of basketball operations/video coordinator for Furman University’s women’s basketball program. During his time with the Paladins, Brown was responsible for social media management, community relations and game-day operations in addition to travel, co-camp coordination and other administrative duties.
Prior to his stint with Furman, Brown spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Southern Wesleyan University in Central, South Carolina preceded by two years with the women’s basketball program at Columbia (S.C.) College in the same capacity.
A native of Florence, South Carolina, Brown attended South Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business economics. Brown also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Wesleyan in sports management.
