2024-25: REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON
Named Academic All-Big Ten... Saw action in 22 games this season… Made her Minnesota debut against Vermont off the bench, scoring two points… Scored three points in back-to-back games against Jackson State and Prairie View A&M… Played a Big Ten season-high 8 minutes against Michigan State on the road.
2023-24: FRESHMAN SEASON
Missed the entire 2023-24 season with a knee injury.
PRIOR TO MINNESOTA:
A left-handed combo guard, played five years of high school basketball as well as one year of volleyball... Was named All-Conference in the Northwest Suburban Conference (Section 4AAAA) during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons as well as honorable mention during her freshman campaign... Was named All-Section her junior season... Won a Section 4AAAA Championship and State Championship her freshman season... Helped her school win the Conference Championship her junior season... Was coached at the high school level by former Gopher Ashley Ellis-Milan (2007-10)... Lists one of her favorite sports experiences in during her prep career was playing in front of LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony as well as her first high school game getting the opportunity to guard Caitlin Clark who now plays at Iowa... Averaged 12.3 points per game during her senior season.
PERSONAL:
Child of John and Elizabeth Towah... Has two siblings, Jozy and Gia... Plans on majoring in Speech Pathology... Lists baking, cooking and learning different languages as interests outside of basketball.
