program history, respectively • went 8-11 in spring dual match play competing at the top three positions • started the season winning six of first nine matches, including a straight set win over 76th-ranked Sandhya Nagaraj of North Carolina State • beat Iowa[apos]s Lynne Poggensee-Wei 6-2, 6-0 to help the Gophers advance past the Hawkeyes in the first round of the Big Ten tournament • went 5-13 in doubles play in the spring, playing with five different partners • began season as 84th-ranked doubles duo with Alexa Palen • had a 7-8 singles record and an 8-5 doubles record in the fall Invitational (9/12-14), beating Mykala Hedberg of LSU 7-6, 6-3 in the third place contest • twice emerged victorious in a third-set tiebreaker, beating Michigan State[apos]s Stephanie Kebler 3-6, 6-1, 7-6 at the Northwestern Invitational (10/11) and downing Stephanie Danesis of Miami (Ohio) 3-6, 6-1, 7-6 (2/8) • won the opening match in both singles and doubles at the ITA Midwest Regional (10/23) •
