Taylor Allen serves as a volunteer assistant coach for sprints, jumps, and hurdles.

Allen, a native of Zionsville, Indiana, joined the Maroon & Gold after completing his Bachelor of Art in Business Administration and Management at Valparaiso University in 2020. He was a four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain for the Crusaders along with a member of the Valpo Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Allen secured top-15 finishes in the 60 meters, 100 meters, and 200 meters at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor and Outdoor Championships from 2017 to 2020. Allen was a Missouri Valley Conference Athlete Honor Roll selection as well.                  Â

Along with his NCAA Division I college athletic experience, Allen served as an operations and data analytics intern for Bullpen Tournaments and worked for Arrive Logistics as a national account representative.
Allen is also USA Track and Field Level 1 coaching certified. He is currently pursuing his Master of Education in Sport Management at the University of Minnesota.
