2017 Season - Indoor: Named team co-captain - competed in weight throw at six meets, recording a career-best mark of 19.51m (64-00.25) to move into fifth among all-time Gophers and finish as runner-up at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual - placed sixth in the weight throw at the Big Ten Championship (19.35m, 63-06.00) - ended the season ranked sixth in program history in the weightt throw - finished as weight throw runner-up at four meets - competed in shot put at two meets, recording a career-best mark of 13.63m (44-08.75) at the Minnesota Open.

2017 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten - competed in discus at seven meets and hammer throw at eight meets - NCAA Championship qualifier in hammer, placing 21st (60.06m, 197-00) - NCAA West Prelim qualifier in both hammer and discus, placing 12th in hammer with a career-best throw of 60.94m (199-11) to advance to the NCAA Championship and taking 24th in discus (50.66m, 166-02) - competed in both hammer and discus at the Big Ten Championship, taking sixth in hammer (58.82m, 193-00) and ninth in discus (50.07m, 164-03) - ended her career ranked fifth in Minnesota history in hammer at 60.94m (199-11) - threw a career-best 51.07m (167-06) in discus to place third at the Longhorn Invite.

2016 Season - Indoor: Competed in the weight throw at six meets - recorded a career-best throw of 17.90m (58-08.75) to place fourth at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual and move into eighth in Minnesota history - placed 21st with a throw of 17.39m (57-00.75) at the Big Ten Championship - ended the season ranked ninth in program history (17.90m, 58-08.75).

2016 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed at 10 meets with 10 appearances in hammer throw and eight appearances in discus - NCAA West Prelim qualifier in both discus and hammer, placing 18th in hammer (career-best 59.70m, 195-10) and 25th in discus (49.13m, 161-02) - finished 10th in discus (48.48m, 159-01) and 12th in hammer throw (53.51m, 175-07) at the Big Ten Championship - recorded a season-best throw of 50.01m (164-01) to place fourth in discus at the Rock Chalk Classic - ended the season ranked seventh in program history in hammer throw (59.70m, 195-10).

2015 Season - Indoor: Competed solely in the weight throw in six meets - ended the season ranked eighth among all-time Gopher throwers with a career-best throw of 17.41m (57-01.50) for third place at the Minnesota Open - placed 21st at the Big Ten championship (16.78m, 55-00.75).

2015 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed in 10 meets, including eight appearances in the discus and nine in the hammer throw - competed in both events at the Big Ten Championship, placing sixth in the hammer throw with a career-best throw of 59.38m (194-10) and finishing ninth in the discus with a season-best mark of 49.44m (162-2.75) - qualified for the NCAA West Prelim in the hammer throw and finished 33rd (56.08m, 184-00) - won the discus at the Tommie Twilight - ended the season ranked fifth in program history in the hammer throw (59.38m, 194-10).

2014 Season - Indoor: Competed in the weight throw in seven meets - recorded a season-best throw of 54-05.25 (16.59m) to finish second at Parents Day Open - finished 20th with second-best mark of the season (52-07.50, 16.04m) at Big Ten championships - placed second at the UW-River Falls Invite (50-11.50, 15.53m).

2014 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed in the discus at eight meets and hammer throw at seven meets - placed 31st in the discus (158-01, 48.18m) at the NCAA West Prelims - finished 10th in the discus (148-03, 45.20m) and 11th in the hammer throw (168-11, 51.50m) at Big Tens - finished fourth in the discus with a season-best throw of 166-05 (50.72m) at Musco Twilight - won the discus at USF Collegiate (160-08, 48.98m) - recorded season-best hammer throw of 176-05 (53.78m) for 16th place at UC San Diego.

2013 Season: Redshirted the indoor or outdoor track & field seasons.

High School: A 2012 graduate of White Bear Lake High School - 2011 Minnesota Class AA state runner-up in the discus - finished third in discus and 13th in shot put in 2012 - entered the 2012 state meet with seed marks of 154-3 (discus) and 41-1 (shot), both personal records at the time.

Personal: Born Feb. 26, 1994 - daughter of Laura and David Guenther - has two siblings, Tom and Sam - studied health and wellness with an emphasis on psychology through the Inter-College Program and returned for a fifth year while completing her Master's of Public Health in Nutrition from the School of Public HealthÂ - enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and spending time outdoors.
