2018 Season - Indoor: Ran 14 races • ran a career-best 7.60 as 60m runner-up, also finishing as 200m runner-up (24.92) at The Dual • ran career bests in the 200m (24.52) and 400m (55.22) at the Music City Challenge • placed 22nd in the 400m (55.83) and ran second leg of seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:38.12) at the Big Ten Championship • ran on first-place 4x400m relays at the SDSU Holiday Invite and The Dual • ended the season ranked ninth in the 400m (55.22) among all-time Gophers.
2017 Season - Indoor: Ran 13 races with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • made Big Ten Championship debut, placing 12th in the 400m (55.31) and taking fourth with the 4x400m relay, running 3:37.20 to rank fourth in program history • ran a season-best 55.30 in the 400m at the Music City Challenge to rank ninth among all-time Gophers • ran season bests in the 60m (7.62) and 200m (24.99) and placed third in both events at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual • ran on the winning 4x400m relay at the Music City Challenge, running 3:39.59 to rank fifth in program history • ran on winning 4x400m relay (3:44.23) at Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall where she competed for coach Jerry Macken • four-year track & field letterwinner • two-time Amateur Athletic Union All-American • four-year all-state honoree and two-year All-Suburban East Conference honoree • a two-time state champion and 12-time Minnesota Class AA State Championship qualifier on the track, competing in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay and earning eight top-five finishes • finished second in the 400m (55.77) and third in the 200m (24.84) while taking eighth in the 4x400m relay (4:01.68) as a senior at the 2016 Minnesota Class AA State Championship • placed fourth in the 100m dash (12.64) and fifth in the 400m dash (57.20) along with anchoring Cretin-Derham Hall’s eighth-place 4x400m relay team as a junior at the 2015 state championship • won state titles in the 100m dash (12.09 in prelim, 12.28 in final) and 400m dash (55.12) and finished as runner-up in the 200m dash (24.82) at the 2014 state meet as a sophomore • placed third in the 400m, ninth in the 200m, and 16th in the 100m at the 2013 state meet as a freshman • named Athena Award recipient, USATF Athlete of the Year, Lions Award recipient, and Winfield Award recipient • competed at AAU Nationals, finishing as 400m runner-up in both 2014 and 2015 • owns high school personal best marks of 11.92 in the 100m dash, 24.42 in the 200m dash, and 55.08 in the 400m dash • holds Suburban East Conference records in the 100m, 200m, and 400m.
