2015 Season - Indoor: Named team captain - competed in the weight throw at six meets - finished indoor season as second-ranked Gopher in program history with a career-best mark of 20.61m (67-07.50) for second place at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual - placed third in the weight throw (20.13m, 66-00.50) at Big Tens - won weight throw titles at four meets, including the Parents Day Invite, Minnesota Open, Jack Johnson Classic and Husker Invitational - recorded Minnesota's top six throws of the season.

2015 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-Big Ten and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed at 10 meets, including eight appearances in the discus and 10 in the hammer throw - broke Minnesota program record in the hammer throw with a career-best throw of 61.82m (202-10) at both the NCAA West Prelim and Musco Twilight - ended the season ranked seventh in Minnesota history in the discus with a career-best throw of 54.24m (177-11) to place sixth at the Triton Invitational - placed second in the hammer (61.44m, 201-7.25) and third in the discus (52.98m, 173-10) at Big Ten Championships - placed 20th in the hammer (57.46m, 188-6) at the NCAA Championship - advanced to the NCAA Championship in the hammer throw after tying career-best throw of 61.82m (202-10) to place 10th at NCAA West Prelim - won the hammer throw at four meetsÂ - USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree.Â

2014 Season - Indoor: Competed in the weight throw in six meets - finished indoor season as third-ranked Gopher in program history with a career-best mark of 63-05.50 (19.34m) for fourth place at Big Tens - finished fourth (62-01.00, 18.92m) at Iowa State Classic - won the weight throw at UW-River Falls Invite with throw of 58-07.50 (17.87m) - recorded the Gophers' top five throws of the season.

2014 Season - Outdoor: Named All-American and All-Big Ten second team honoree - finished 15th in the hammer throw with a personal-best throw of 198-3 (60.44m) at the NCAA championships - advanced to the NCAA championships in the hammer throw after finishing 10th with a throw of 191-11 (58.51m) at the NCAA West Prelims - placed 33rd in the discus (156-02, 47.60m) at NCAA West Prelims - finished second in the discus (167-07, 51.09m) at Big Ten Championships - finished the season ranked second among Gophers all-time in the hammer throw (198-3, 60.44m) - competed in the hammer throw and the discus at eight meets - finished second in the hammer with a throw of 196-07 (59.92m) at Spec Towns - won the hammer at UW-La Crosse (196-03, 59.82m), TSU Relays (184-01, 56.10m) and USF Collegiate (184-00, 56.09m) - placed third in the discus with a season-best throw of 169-02 (51.56m) at Musco Twilight - won the discus at UW-La Crosse (165-03, 50.38m) and TSU Relays (161-01, 49.11m) - Academic All-Big Ten honoree - USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2013 Season - Indoor: Threw 60-1.25 (18.32m), the fifth-best weight throw in Gopher history, to finish 12th at the Big Ten Championships - placed second at the Jack Johnson Classic with a throw of 58-5.25.

2013 Season - Outdoor: Finished 23rd in the hammer at the NCAA West Preliminary Round meet with a throw of 189-1 (57.63m), seventh-best in school history - also competed in discus at the NCAA West Prelims - placed third in discus at the Big Ten Championships with a mark of 170-4 (51.93m), ranking seventh all-time - took 11th in hammer (181-4) at the Big Ten Championships - won discus and hammer at the Hamline Twilight - won discus at the Meet of the Unsaintly - finished 10th in discus and 16th in hammer at the Drake Relays - Academic All-Big Ten honoree - USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2012 Season - Indoor: Runner-up at The Show Case weight throw with a throw of 53-5.50 (16.29m) - placed seventh at the Jack Johnson Classic (51-9.25).

2012 Season - Outdoor: Finished 13th in discus at the Big Ten Championships (152-0) - owned the team's best discus mark of the season, with a throw of 154-2 (46.99m) to win at the Bulldog Invitational - won the discus at the Hamline Twilight, Tommie Twilight, and Holst Invitational - finished second in discus at the Hamline Invite - Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2011 Season: Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School - high school coach was Philip Koch - 2010 Wisconsin Division 2 state champion in discus (139-01) - placed fourth in shot put (39-06.50) at the 2010 state meet - also competed in state meet in both throwing events in 2008 and 2009 - six-time North Shore Conference champion - set school records in shot put and discus- a letterwinner in volleyball and basketball - all-academic honoree - National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born November 12, 1992 - elementary education major - daughter of Deborah Stanford and Anthony Roach - has two older brothers, Mitchell and Nick - her brother Nick Roach plays linebacker for the Oakland Raiders - collects Barbie dolls.
