2017 Season - Indoor: Named team co-captain - competed at six meets - ran the lead leg of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at Big Ten Championship, running 3:37.20 to rank fourth in program history - ran the lead leg of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Music City Challenge, running 3:39.59 to rank fifth in program history - ran season-bests in the 60m (7.59) and 200m (24.42) at the Meyo Invite - won the 200m (24.87) at the Jack Johnson Classic.

2017 Season - Outdoor: Named All-Big Ten Second Team in the 4x100m relay - named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten - ran six races - ran both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championship, anchoring runner-up 4x100m (45.30 seconds) and running third leg of fourth-place 4x400m relay team (season-best 3:39.53) - posted a season-best time of 25.00 to win the 200m at the Hamline Twilight - ran on the 4x100m relay at three meets, including clocking a season-best time of 44.80 to win and move into third in program history at the Kansas Relays Quadrangular - ran the 4x400m relay at two meets.

2016 Season - Indoor: Ran 12 races with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay - broke the Minnesota indoor program record in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championship, placing fourth in 3:35.33 - ran the 400m leg of the distance medley relay at Big Tens, placing third in 11:13.28 to rank sixth in Minnesota history - ran a season-best 7.55 in the 60m dash to place 11th at Big Tens - placed sixth in the 200m in a season-best 24.44 at the ISU Classic.

2016 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran 13 races - led off the program record-breaking 4x400m relay team (3:32.50) that finished fourth to clinch a share of the Big Ten team title and place 11th in the 400m (55.04) at the Big Ten Championship - NCAA West Prelim qualifier with the 4x400m relay, leading off the 16th place relay team (3:37.01) - moved into seventh in program history with a career-best time of 54.31 in the 400m at the Virginia Challenge - finished as runner-up in lone 100m appearance of the season (11.93) and led off 4x100m relay team that placed third in a season-best 45.61 to rank 10th in program history at UCLA Legends Invitational - ran on the first-place 4x100m relay (45.71) and 4x400m relay (3:35.93) at the Rock Chalk Classic - won the 400m (55.62) at the Jaguar Classic.

2015 Season - Indoor: Ran 17 races and recorded career-best times in the 60m and 200m - broke the Minnesota program record in the 200m with a time of 24.03 for 13th place at the Big Ten Championship - moved into sixth in Minnesota history with a 7.49 in the 60m at the Jack Johnson Classic - won seven races, including the 60m (7.51), 200m (24.84) and 4x400m relay (3:52.12) at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual - ran the second leg of the Gophers' second-fastest 4x400m relay in program history in 3:37.03 for fourth place at the Big Ten Championship - placed 12th in the 60m (7.53) at Big Tens - ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the Iowa State Classic (3:43.03) to rank ninth in Minnesota history.

2015 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-American, Second Team All-Big Ten, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran 21 races, including appearances in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay - ended the season in a tie for fourth in Minnesota history in the 100m (11.58) and ranked fifth all-time in the 200m (23.93) - ran a career-best 11.58 in the 100m to place 33rd at the NCAA West Prelim - ran a career-best 23.93 in the 200m to place sixth at the John McDonnell Invitational - placed 13th in the 4x400m relay (3:35.90) at the NCAA Championship - advanced to the NCAA Championship in the 4x400m relay after finishing fifth at the NCAA West Prelims in a Minnesota program record of 3:32.68 - placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:33.76) and fourth in the 4x100m relay (45.17) at Big Ten Championships where she was also 12th in both the 100m and 200m - won the 4x400m relay at Musco Twilight, Triton Invitational, and Baylor Invitational - anchored the fifth-fastest (45.17) and eighth-fastest (45.47) 4x100m relay teams in program history - won the 4x100m relay at the Jaguar Challenge and Musco Twilight and finished second at both the Triton Invitational and John McDonnell Invite.

2014 Season - Indoor: Ran career-bests in the 60m (7.68) and the 200m (24.71) at Big Tens - finished the indoor season as the 10th ranked Gopher all-time in the 200m (24.71) - ran the Gophers' top three 60m times and top four 200m times of the indoor season - won the 200m at the Northwest Open - anchored first-place 4x400m relay team at Northwest Open (3:53.66).

2014 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed in seven meets - named an alternate for the 4x400m relay at the NCAA national championships - finished 15th in the 4x100m relay with a season-best 44.91 at NCAA West Prelims to rank fifth all-time - placed fifth in the 4x100m relay (45.56), ninth in the 100m (12.04) and 12th in the 200m (24.59) at Big Ten Championships - ran the Gophers' top three best times of the season in both the 100m and 200m - won the 100m in a season-best 11.78 at USF Collegiate to rank eighth among Gophers all-time - placed sixth in the 200m in a season-best 24.23 at Spec Towns to rank ninth among Gophers all-time - won the 4x100m relay at Spec Towns (45.29) and UC San Diego (45.58) - ran on the 4x100m, 4x200m and sprint medley relay teams at TSU Relays.

2013 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

High School: A graduate of Roosevelt High School - two-time 100m champion at the Drake Relays - ran on three winning relays at Drake in 2012: the 4x100m (which set an Iowa high school record), the 4x200 (which set a Drake Relays record), and the sprint medley relay - Iowa state champion in both the 100m and 200m as a junior - finished second in the 100m and third in the 200m as a sophomore - three-time CIML conference champion in both the 100m and 200m - added additional conference titles in the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and sprint medley relays - has personal bests of 11.9 (100m), 24.3 (200m) and 57 seconds (400m) - competed in AAU Indoor and Outdoor Junior Olympics - also earned letters in cross country and academics.

Personal: Born September 6, 1994 - daughter of John and Ronnie Hawkins - has three siblings: Eris, John Jr., and Joshua - kinesiology major - returned for a fifth year while completing her M.Ed. in Sport/Exercise Science - enjoys playing violin and writing.
