2015 Season -- Indoor: Ran six races, competing in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay · ran a career-best 27.03 in the 200m at the Minnesota Open · placed 10th in her lone open 400m in 1:02.16 at the St. Thomas Showcase · ran on runner-up 4x400m relay team at both the Minnesota Open and Parents Day Invite.
2015 Season -- Outdoor: Ran 11 races, including the 100m, 200m and 400m · ran season bests and placed fifth in both the 100m (12.65) and the 200m (26.04) at the Holst Invitational · ran the 400m twice, including a season-best 1:01.27 at the Janis Rider Invite.
2014 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Somerset High School · high school coaches were Dave Praschak · set Somerset school records in the 100m, 200m and 4x400m relay · 2010 conference, regional and sectional champions in track · 2012 regional champions in track · four-year Wisconsin Division II state meet competitor · as a senior, took third in the 200m (25.78) and eighth in the 100m (12.83) at the state meet · as a junior, finished fourth in the 4x100m relay (50.21), fifth in the 200m (25.88) and eighth in the 100m (12.70) at the state meet · competed in the 4x200m relay at the state meet as a freshman (sixth in 1:46.19) and as a sophomore (15th in 1:49.54) · 4x100m relay took 14th (51.43) in the state as a sophomore · ran high school career-best times in the indoor 60m (7.52), indoor 200m (26.94), outdoor 100m (12.43) and outdoor 200m (25.78).
Personal: Born January 1, 1995 · plans to major in actuarial sciences · daughter of Scott Broome and Julie Tangen · has one younger brother, Garret · National Honor Society member · received academic honors · enjoys traveling.
