Minnesota Memories FAQ
Good Sportsmanship
To ensure the best possible experience for all participants no inappropriate or disrespectful language (visible or spoken) will be tolerated. No visiting or opposing team gear/colors allowed. Fans under the influence will not be allowed to participate in their designated experience.
Who can participate in Minnesota Memories?
All fans are encouraged to participate in Minnesota Memories. Please reference the "Good Sportsmanship" item above to ensure all fans are aligned with gameday procedures.
How will I receive information about my purchased experience?
All information will be communicated via email — to the account used to complete the experience purchase — at least 48 hours prior to each event.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds for violation of gameday rules and procedures or missed events/late arrivals. Any experience cancelled by weather will be subject to a refund. Submit all refund inquiries to GopherSports@umn.edu.
