JENNIFER BOHAC NAMED DIRECTOR OF STUDENT SERVICES

Bohac, 34, comes to Minnesota from Texas A&M University, where she served as the school's assistant director for athletics career services for the past five years. Prior to that experience she also served for five years as an academic advisor at the College Station, Texas school.
Bohac was previously the Big 12 Conference representative to the Division I-A Athletics Directors/NCAA Like Skills Program national advisory board. She has already been named the Big Ten representative since arriving at the University of Minnesota.
Bohac holds a bachelor of science degree in ag business and master's degree and doctorate degrees in higher education administration from Texas A&M. Bohac hails from Houston, Texas.
"I am excited for the opportunity that the University of Minnesota has presented to me, and I'm looking forward to getting to know the student-athletes and helping guide them through their experiences as a student-athlete," Bohac said. "The University of Minnesota is one of the most highly regarded institutions in the country, and it is exciting to be a part of what is happening here."

"We are thrilled to have her on staff and excited to watch her address the needs of our student-athletes in the critical area of their lives."
