MARR SIGNS WITH THE GOLDEN GOPHER WRESTLING TEAM

The University of Minnesota wrestling team announced the signing of Tyler Marr to join the Golden Gophers in the 2000-2001 wrestling season. Marr joins Nate Baker, Josh McLay and Nick Zajac, who have all signed national letters of intent.
Marr was the state runner-up at 160 pounds last season at Forest Lake High School in Wyoming, Minn. Marr is the younger brother of current redshirt freshman Mitch Marr and former Golden Gopher All-American Troy Marr.
