UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA TO HOST BASKETBALL GAME AT THE METRODOME

ThomaThe University of Minnesota Men's Athletics Department will host a men's basketball game at the Metrodome between Concordia-St. Paul of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) and St. Thomas of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC), Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. A men's junior varsity game between the two schools will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The game is being played at the Metrodome in preparation for the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament First and Second Rounds, March 16 & 18, 2000, and the NCAA Final Four in 2001. Both the first and second rounds, along with the Final Four, will be hosted by the University of Minnesota and played at the Metrodome.

Admission to Thursday's game between Concordia-St. Paul and St. Thomas is free to the public.
