GOPHER WOMEN GOLFERS FINISH EIGHTH IN FINAL FALL TOURNEY

teThe University of Minnesota women's golf team placed eighth at the Central District Classic Invitational in Parrish, Fla., on Tuesday. The Golden Gophers shot rounds of 313, 330 and 320 to finish a team total of 963 in their final tournament of the fall season. Northwestern won the team title with a total of 916.
Sophomore Karyn Stordahl was the only Gopher to finish in the top 20, tying for 14th place with a 54-hole score of 234. She shot rounds of 78, 78 and 77.
