GOPHERS FACE FIRST-PLACE NORTHWESTERN FOR HOMECOMING SATURDAY

MetrodomThe Golden Gopher football team (5-3, 3-2) will look to bounce back from a disappointing 51-43 loss to Indiana when they host the surging Northwestern Wildcats (5-2, 3-1) this Saturday at the Metrodome. Minnesota will be looking to shut down a Wildcat offense that is averaging 35.9 points per game and 454.3 yards of offense.
