considThe top-ranked Golden Gopher wrestling team heads Evanston, Ill., this week for the Midlands Tournament on Friday-Saturday, Dec. 29-30.
The tournament, hosted by Northwestern University, is considered one of the premier events in college and amateur wrestling. Individuals from highly-ranked teams such as Minnesota, Iowa State, Iowa and Illinois will participate in the tournament.
