LEMESURIER FINISHES EIGHTH IN PUERTO RICO CLASSIC

LeMesurier, who posted two consecutive rounds of two-under par 70 to begin the event, finished seven shots behind medalist and defending NCAA Champion Luke Donald of Northwestern.
Georgia Tech captured the team title by four strokes over Northwestern. Minnesota finished in 15th place as a team, 48 strokes behind the Yellowjackets.
The Golden Gophers will be back in action on March 10-11 at the Golf Digest Invitational in Las Vegas, Nevada.
