CROASTON NAMED BIG TEN DIVER OF THE WEEK

DUniversity of Minnesota diver Dan Croaston has been named the Big Ten Diver of the Week for his performance at the 2000 Triple Duals last weekend. Croaston swept the one-meter and the three-meter diving events.

He won the one-meter diving by scoring 512.18 and he won the three-meter by scoring 489.69. He joins teammate Alex Massura in achieving the honor as Massura was named Big Ten Swimmer of the Week last week.

The Golden Gophers host the two-day Minnesota Challenge on Friday, Feb. 4 and continuing on Saturday, Feb. 5. Competition on Friday begins at 6 p.m. at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.
