KELLEY NAMED BIG TEN GYMNAST OF THE WEEK

theSophomore MaryAnne Kelley was named the Big Ten women's gymnastics athlete of the week. She won the all around Sunday at Iowa with a score of 39.175, the second- highest score in Minnesota history.

Kelley also tied for first place on the vault and balance beam. Her score of 9.875 on the beam ties the third-best in school history and improves her previous career-best of 9.775. Her mark of 9.80 on the vault matches her career best.
