GOPHER WOMEN'S HOCKEY HONORED AT MINNESOTA TWINS GAME WEDNESDAY

TheThe American Women's College Hockey Alliance national champion Minnesota Golden Gophers will be honored prior to the Minnesota Twins game against the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday, April 19.

The Gophers' players and staff will be introduced on the field prior to the game with senior co-captain Shannon Kennedy, junior goalie and AWCHA National Championship most valuable player Erica Killewald and head coach Laura Halldorson each throwing out a first pitch. The ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. with the Twins-Royals game at 7:05 p.m.
