CoUniversity of Minnesota wrestlers Brandon Eggum and Owen Elzen were named to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Academic All- American Team, announced Friday.
Eggum, a senior Applied Economics major from Sidney, Mont., was named to the first- team squad with a grade point average of 3.15 while sophomore Elzen (Eyota, Minn.) was named honorable mention with his 3.27 GPA in Pre-Kinesiology.
