Street and Smith's College Football preseason All-America First Team for the 2000 campaign.

Hamilton, a first-team Associated Press All-American center a year ago, is both a Lombardi Award and Outland Trophy candidate for the upcoming season while Riley was named third-team All-American at defensive end byThe Football News in 1999.

A four-year starter, Hamilton anchored the Golden Gopher offensive line which led the team to a school record 2,726 yards rushing last season. Riley's league-leading 16 sacks were instrumental in the success of a Minnesota defense which led the Big Ten in passing defense and ranked fourth in total defense.

Now in its 60th year of publishing sports annuals, Street and Smith's is a division of Advance Publications and is the leader in sports publications in baseball, pro and college football, pro and college basketball, and motor sports.
