WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS FALLS TO #4 UTAH

Junior MaryAnne Kelley scored a 39.200 in her first all around competition of the season. She tied for first place on the floor exercise at 9.85, tied for third on the balance beam with a 9.825, placed fourth on the uneven bars at 9.80 and placed second on vault at 9.725.
Kelley and sophomore Jenny Alf were part of a four-way tie for first place on the floor exercise, each scoring a 9.85. The Golden Gophers recorded a team score of 49.025 on floor exercise.
Freshman Annie Laatsch placed second on the uneven bars, scoring a personal-best 9.875.
