WEEKLY MEN'S ATHLETICS OLYMPIC SPORTS RELEASE

respThe 2001-02 sports season is in full swing for the University of Minnesota Men's Athletics Department as the cross country, golf, tennis, baseball, football and hockey teams have kicked off their respective fall schedules. This week, the golf team visits Newport, R.I., for the Adams Cup, baseball hosts an intrasquad game at Siebert Field and cross country heads to the Notre Dame Invitational.
