FIVE SOCCER PLAYERS EARN ACADEMIC HONORS

The soccer team had five student athletes named to the academic all conference team. Junior Keely Dinse has a 3.75 GPA in fisheries and wildlife, while senior Julie Eibensteiner has a 3.72 in kinesiology.
The academic all-conference team honors letterwinning student-athletes who are in at least their second academic year at an institution with at least a 3.0 grade point average.
Others honored are Sarah FitzGerald, Alison Rackley and Rachael Roth. A complete list of Minnesota's Academic All-Big Ten Honorees for fall 2001 follows:
