BIG TEN CHAMPION WRESTLERS COMPETE AT NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS THIS WEEK

naThe 2001 Big Ten Champion Golden Gophers head to the 2001 NCAA Wrestling Championships this week at the University of Iowa. Minnesota, 19-1 overall and 8-0 in the Big Ten, looks to unseat perennial national power Iowa and gain the program's first NCAA title in school history.

Competition begins Thursday, March 15 and concludes Saturday, March 17 at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa.
