MINNESOTA COLLEGIATE MEN'S GOLF INVITATIONAL CANCELLED

The University of Minnesota Men's Athletics Department has announced the Minnesota Collegiate Men's Golf Tournament scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 16 through Tuesday, Sept. 18 has been cancelled. Due to the national tragedy and travel issues, participating teams were unable to arrive in time for either Sunday's practice round or Monday's first round.

The tournament was to be played at Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, Wis. Troy Burne will be open for tee times on those days. Minnesota will begin its season at the Wolverine Invitational in Ann Arbor, Mich., Sept. 27-29.
