Martin Robeck Wins Marathon Sports Run

Minnesota sophomore Martin Robeck won the Marathon Sports 5K race held at Les Bolstad Golf Course covering the course in 15 minutes, 59.2 seconds. He was followed by teammates Tom Schmidt, Will Enns, Ben Hanson and Zach Edmonson who claimed the next four places giving the Golden Gophers a sweep of the top-five spots. Schmidt and Enns, both redshirt freshmen, competed unattached.

The Gophers will next be in action on Nov. 3 when they travel to West Lafayette, Ind., to compete in the Big Ten Championships.
