Rachael Roth Named Second Team All-Big Ten

TUniversity of Minnesota women's soccer player R achael Roth (Wayzata, Minn./Wayzata HS) has been named Second Team All-Big Ten. Roth, a junior forward, is the first Golden Gopher selected to the all-conference team since Alison Rackley and Samantha Meyers earned the honors in 2000.

Roth led the 2002 Golden Gophers in points (26), goals (11), assists (4), shots (64), shots on goal (37) and game-winning goals (4). She finished tied for third in goals and sixth in points in the Big Ten during the 2002 season. Roth stands in eighth place on Minnesota's career goals list with 19 and in ninth place on the career points list at 46 (19g, 8a).
