Cragun's To Host "Save Gopher Sports" Golf Outing

MinnesoCragun's Conference and Golf Resort in Brainerd, Minn., will host a "Save Gopher Sports" golf outing and banquet on Sunday, August 11th, at their Legacy Courses in support of the University of Minnesota's men's and women's golf programs.

The golf outing will begin with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m., and the social hour and banquet will take place at 5:00 p.m. The cost of the golf outing and dinner is $200 per person and non-golfers are welcome to attend the reception and dinner buffet at the Legacy Clubhouse for $50.

Golden Gopher Head Men's Golf Coach Brad James and members of the 2002 NCAA National Championship men's golf team will be on hand for the event and will host a clinic prior to the scramble at 11:45 a.m. Doug Woog, Greg Larson, Chip Lohmiller and other prominent Gophers along with members of the U of M athletic staff will also be at the event.
